Avantama P-21

Avantama P-21 is an advanced nickel oxide (NiO) nanoparticle solution suitable for an extensive range of printed electronics markets. It is primarily suited for hole transport and injection but can also reliably perform electron blocking and charge recombination. The 7 nanometres (nm) nanoparticles of Avantama P-21 are dispersed in ethanol at a typical concentration of 2.5 WT%. This facilitates application via spin coating, doctor blading, and slot die processing to an extensive range of electronic markets.
